Cancellation and Refund
We don't provide return in any case.
In case of damaged/defective product received a unboxing video(uncut/unedited) is required, without video refund request will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the unboxing video is present then refund for the damaged product will be transferred within 24 hours of the refund request.
If an order placed during a sale is damaged and needs refund, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price
Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid. Please note the shipping charge which where applicable will not be refunded. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order.
